Accelerate includes monthly 1:1 strategic planning sessions with Erin plus direct Slack access between sessions. The 1:1 time is focused on your specific situation, not general instruction — and the Slack access means you're never waiting a month for a pressing question to get answered.

At a structured point in the program, key team members — account managers, project leads, whoever is critical to delivery — are brought into the framework. They receive context on the systems being built, training on the SOPs and workflows relevant to their role, and clarity on how decisions should be made without escalating everything to the founder. This is not a group training session — it's tailored to your team structure.

The Agency Strategy Call at the end of Diagnostic is a natural inflection point to assess your next step.

Pricing depends on your agency size, revenue stage, team complexity, and operational challenges. A smaller agency ($50K-$100K/month) with a small team typically starts at $6K-$8K/month.
