Step 3 — The Build
Our trained AOL implementation team builds the project inside your real agency. You stay involved for decisions and approvals — we handle the execution.
Step 4 — Handoff & Documentation
Every deliverable comes with documentation your team can follow and maintain. We don't build black boxes. You own everything we create.
Who Builds It
Implementation Sprints are delivered by trained AOL contractors — not outsourced to strangers. Every contractor on the implementation team has been trained on the Agency OS framework and the specific tools we build. The quality standard is set by Erin James and maintained across every project.
